Send your parcel by post using the returnform.
Leave your parcel at a DHL Pick Up Point or contact DHL Express Customer Service to arrange a pick-up.
If you live outside the European Union you need to fill in the pre-printed customs invoice. Please give the customs invoice to the DHL driver/associate when leaving the package.
We will deduct 200 NOK from your refund when using the DHL return label.
All returns are processed within 10 business days from the day it reaches our warehouse in Norway. Return handling might take longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
CAN I RETURN THE GOODS IN A PHYSICAL STORE?
Products purchased from a physical shop should be returned to the original place of purchase. All orders purchased at www.greaterthana.no has to be returned back to our warehouse in Norway.
