Your purchased products can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund, providing the item is in its original condition, with protective bagging and tags still attached. We include a prepaid return label for all orders. If this is used we will deduct 100,- NOK from the refund of the original order or product cost.
Send your parcel in its original packaging by post using the Bring return form. Please include the reason for return. The purchase will be refunded to your original form of payment once received to our warehouse. If the reason for return is exchange, you will need to make a new purchase in our webstore.
Leave your parcel at a DHL Pick Up Point or contact DHL Express Customer Service to arrange a pick-up.
Fill in the pre-printed customs invoice. Please give the customs invoice to the DHL driver/associate when leaving the package.
All returns are processed within 10 business days from the day they reach our warehouse in Norway. Return handling might take longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
CAN I RETURN THE GOODS TO A PHYSICAL STORE?
Products purchased from a physical store should be returned to the original place of purchase. All orders purchased at www.greaterthana.no have to be returned to our warehouse in Norway.
