HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Discovery as well as Pay Pal.

WHY ISN’T MY PAYMENT ACCEPTED?

Gretaer Than A reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data that you have provided correlates with the address data of the credit or debit card. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these controls.

It is advisable to make sure that you have sufficient funds on your credit or debit card before you place your order. Credit card companies may block foreign and/or online purchases for security reasons why you need to contact your credit card company and ask them to remove such blocks if applicable.

VAT AND CUSTOMS

Please bear in mind that for the time being, everything ordered from our web shop is shipped from Norway.  This means that if you live in the European Union or elsewhere, you may have a different VAT (GST) and customs level when importing to your country.  Instead of giving you an additional invoice, we have the policy of using a universal price which includes the 25% Norwegian VAT.  When exporting, there will be times when the Norwegian 25% VAT is higher than in your country.  This difference is used to cover the cost of clearing customs.  For you, this means less work after delivery.  It also means that what you pay is what you see on our website.  Freight is the only additional cost.
