DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Your Greater Than A account is generated automatically when you place your order. Via your account you can review your order.

We will process your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to be able to administer your orders. You have the right to review your personal details. Should they be wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand the files be corrected or deleted.

In case of attempted fraud, the personal details will be given relevant authorities.


HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

When you place an order at greaterthana.no an order summary will be sent to your email address.

When you order is confirmed and ready to shipped out, we send you an order confirmation with a tracking number. The order confirmation is also your receipt so please keep it for future reference.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Discovery as well as Pay Pal.


WHY ISN’T MY PAYMENT ACCEPTED?

Gretaer Than A reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data that you have provided correlates with the address data of the credit or debit card. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these controls.

It is advisable to make sure that you have sufficient funds on your credit or debit card before you place your order. Credit card companies may block foreign and/or online purchases for security reasons why you need to contact your credit card company and ask them to remove such blocks if applicable.


VAT AND CUSTOMS

Please bear in mind that everything ordered from our web shop is shipped from Norway for the time being. This means that if you live in the European Union or elsewhere, you may have a different VAT and customs levels when importing to your country. So instead of giving you an additional invoice, we have the policy of a universal price including 25% Norwegian VAT. So when exporting there will be times when the Norwegian 25% VAT is higher than in your Country. This difference is used to cover the costs to clear customs. For you this means less work after delivery and that you pay what you see on our website. With freight as the only additional cost.
